can now apply for licenses to Develop SCO Plots in Gurgaon. The concept of SCO plots in Gurgaon is
not new and in fact old HUDA market as sector 29, Sushant Lok, Vyapar Kendra etc, already have sco
markets. However now, private developers in Gurgaon can construct sco markets in gurgaon where in
they will be responsible for the infrastructure & development of the sco commercial plots in gurgaon
and and the Buyer can build & construct the SCO Building at his own cost and convenience as per the
standard design approved by Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana.
Some private developers like M3M, Raheja & Bestech have already successfully launched and sold sco
plots in Gurgaon. while a number of other private developers have also applied for licenses for
developing new sco projects in gurgaon and in the near future gurgaon property investors can expect
a series of new upcoming sco projects in gurgaon. SCO plots in Gurgaon are Freehold in nature,
wherein the buyer is the owner of the commercial plot / and and building along with the basement and
rooftop. Some developers are also constructing and building the complete sco plot for investors
while some are selling just sco plots in gurgaon and allowing buyers to construct on their own.
